If you’re considering cancelling your membership, please let us know how we can improve or if there’s anything we can do to keep you as part of our community. Below, you’ll find the steps to cancel your membership.
Please note, Active Leeds will take care of cancelling all elements of your membership taking into consideration the 30 days’ notice period as per the terms and conditions (https://active.leeds.gov.uk/terms-and-conditions). Please do not cancel your direct debit directly with your bank.
