The gym at Aireborough Leisure Centre will undergoing a full refurbishment and a fresh new look.

With a new layout which maximises gym floor space, our gym will feel brighter, airy and more spacious.

BRAND NEW EQUIPMENT

Our new upgraded equipment includes…

A large cardio range of equipment featuring the latest Technogym features, complete with live and on-demand workouts, TV and a variety of apps.

Plus, the latest resistance machines and a larger free weights area, including squat racks, barbells, dumbbells, smith machine as well as a variety of plate-loaded machines including the new addition of the hip thrust machine.

Our new equipment is suitable for all fitness levels and our gym team will be on hand to offer demos and answer any questions you may have on how to use the machines.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING AREA

Why not try something new and mix up your training?

Our brand new functional training area includes squat racks, battle ropes, slam balls, TRX, medicine balls and the new additions of a ski-erg, and a sled push/pull track!

This new area allows for huge variety in exercises whether you use it as part of your regular workout, your functional work.
